Many projects evolve around experience, charisma, differentiation, exploitation, and investments. Commercial leisure is an international product, this is also the way Hollandschap approaches it. Hollandschap has worked, and is still working on a variety of projects in the Netherlands. Eurolandscape focuses on projects abroad. Working in exotic regions is very pleasant, but the projects in the Netherlands are also very interesting. Hollandschap prefers to be involved on the investment side of the development process (creating added value), versus being on the cost side (execution). There is an enormous growth in these types of projects, creating opportunities for landscape architects.
