It is well known that districts have to comply with the present-day vision and demands. When demands and opinions change, the area has to change as well. The residential and public areas, often with shops, can be written off and need replacement due to years of intensive use. Creating a design vision on how the (fine) existing can be completed with the contemporary is one of Hollandschap’s specialties.
